We’ve partnered with OKC Parks and Recreation to offer free summer art classes for children ages 6-12. Arts in the Park classes are held daily at recreation centers around the city. Through Arts in the Park, kids can engage in hands-on, interactive visual arts classes taught by qualified teaching artists hired by Arts Council Oklahoma City. Participants will have a chance to experience art through a variety of mediums including clay, collage, painting, and print-making while they make new friends and enjoy their public parks!
Additionally, the Macklanburg Recreation Center will offer an advanced Youth Artist Camp, July 8-12 and Foster Recreation Center has a weekly Fit for Youth Camp until August 8, 2019.
